quick and easy meals for 1 or 2

edit to the chicken cordon bleu

Just trying to make it easier and faster. You can just dredge the chicken in flour that has been jazzed up with a little basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper instead of the eggs and crumbs thing. The chicken won't have the bread crumb crust on it after it's cooked, but, I sorta like it that way better anyway.
