Fast and easy “baked” macaroni
serves 2. Double it for some good leftovers
1/2 pound ground beef
½ med. sized onion chopped
Olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash crushed red pepper
1 med can (14oz) of diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
get some water boiling with a dash of salt and Start the macaroni cookin.
Put about 1 swirl of olive oil in a frying pan med high, get it hot and start the beef. After the beef cooks a bit add a dash(or 2) of crushed red pepper and the salt. Add the tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce lower the heat and simmer for about 5 min. add the drained and cooked macaroni and the parsley. Simmer for about another 5 min. serve it with some grated parmesan or a slice of American cheese on top.
SERVE IT UP!!! With some good bread for “mopping” !!
